- WSIB clearance: the company that hires a contractor for construction work must obtain the contractor’s WSIB clearance certificate before work starts. Tell us what your site requires (clearance, insurance limits, prequalification) and we confirm it in the quote.
- Notice of Project: needed when labour and materials will exceed $50,000 (O. Reg. 213/91), so agree in writing who acts as the constructor.
